it's pretty much the same.
We actually made the train, with only minutes to spare, it was very lucky. the king must be on our side.
We met two uzbeks who were denied entry into thailand, they just stood at the border with their suitcases looking confused. it made me happy to be american. that makes four uzbeks that i've met in a few days.
the train ride from malaysia was awesome. 19hours and 14 beers between me, marco, nan (the waitress) and ha..bab..blap.? (the helper)
